The purpose of the discipline "Knowledge Management" is to form and develop the knowledge and skills, necessary for a graduate who ended the master's educational program, to carry out research and teaching professional activities and to solve professional tasks of organizing research, analyzing their results, collecting, processing and systematization of information on the research topic, preparation of surveys and reports on the research topic, teaching management disciplins and relevant teaching materials in professional educational organizations, institutions of additional professional education.

The main objectives of the course:
- promote the exchange of explicit (conscious) knowledge and convert it into codified information;
- to facilitate the interpretation and exchange of implicit (unconscious) knowledge, i.e. knowledge that is an integral part of his educational and future work activities; 
- creation of conditions for the formation of new knowledge and understanding by simulating a constant cycle of explicit knowledge in implicit knowledge and vice versa.
